The Delphi T-HP diagnostic kit provides exclusive on-vehicle diagnostics for Delphi DFP3 Common Rail pumps, when there is a fault but the engine still starts. This is achieved by checking the fuel pump under high pressure. Used in conjunction with the Sealed Rail kit, it works by limiting pressure through the system and generating and measuring back-leakage. The back-leak can then be compared against the stated volume for that pump to determine whether a fault is present. Our T-HP diagnostic kit provides extended application coverage for Sealed Rail kit users, ensuring that workshops can diagnose the complete range of Delphi common rail pumps.
