Through our partnership with Hartridge, Delphi offers the AVM2-PC, an advanced PC based diesel fuel pump test stand. This highly sophisticated machine can test all Delphi diesel fuel injection systems, from in-line and rotary, to today’s Common Rail and Electronic Unit Injector technology. This, combined with its ability to test Delphi, Bosch, Denso, Continental and Stanadyne, makes the AVM2-PC the obvious choice for any workshop.

The AVM2-PC has been designed with the operator very much in mind. Its modular design means that functionality can be added on as and when it’s necessary. With Hartridge’s high tech Magmah software, test plans and output can be customized and printed to suit. And the powerful computer at the heart of the stand already has the well known Windows™ operating system installed. This results in an efficient, adaptable and user-friendly test stand providing significant benefits to the workshop.

The addition of auto pressure control provides further benefits. Installed on the AVM2PC, it provides the capability to run automatic, unattended testing of Common Rail pumps. This supports a reduction in pump test time of up to 20% and the full automation of test plans, helping to improve workshop productivity.
