Delphi's diesel calibration fluid is a reference fluid designed for use with diesel injection test equipment. Formulated to the industry standard ISO4113, it also meets the stringent specification limits used in the test and development of OE parts. This makes it the only calibration fluid on the market produced by an OE diesel fuel injection manufacturer to OE test specifications.

Our diesel calibration fluid is suitable for testing Delphi OE product on approved test equipment, as well as the testing of all-makes diesel injection products on all-makes test equipment. This includes the very latest power driven test benches and traditional hand-operated injector pop-testers. From the testing of Common Rail pumps and injectors to the analysis of nozzle opening pressures and spray patterns, Delphi diesel calibration fluid delivers excellent performance, ensuring exact and reliable test results.
