Given the high pressures and fine tolerances inherent in today’s fuel injection technology, component cleanliness is of the utmost importance. Through our partnership with Hartridge, Delphi offers the Mircrodiesel range of cleaning and assembly products, designed to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness during test and repair. Hartridge’s range of ultrasonic tanks is ideal for both injectors and pumps, providing a rapid cleaning cycle for the removal of impacted dirt. With a built in heater, these tanks are available in 3 different sizes for a variety of applications.

The Hartridge ultrarinse tank provides an efficient solution to OE requirements for rinsing of parts after ultrasonic cleaning. A low-cost option, both in initial investment and running costs, the unit cleanses surface residue and prepares parts for re-assembly into pumps or injectors. It also offers the ability to perform lubricated wet assembly, a prerequisite of OEMs.

Finally, the Hartridge microdiesel cabinet, a clean air cabinet designed specifically for the uncontaminated repair and assembly of diesel fuel injection equipment. Featuring a HEPA filter capable of particle filtration down to 0.5 micron and equipped with high-intensity lighting, it enables the workshop to replicate clean room conditions.
